Review

Lexi Grimaldo, who often reviews local places, loves this dog park in Plano. She thinks it’s big and always clean, with lots of bags for dog poop. The lights at night are a bonus. But she says the water for dogs isn’t good, so it’s better to bring your own. Lexi also wants them to do better at telling people online when the park is closed for bad weather or work. Even with these issues, Lexi and her dogs like going to this park.

Shalei Cobb thinks this park is excellent. It’s always clean, which she likes. Her dog enjoys it a lot, and it’s close to her home. But she wishes there were more trees for shade and to make the park look nicer. Also, they should add a more significant water fountain for dogs because the current one is small and often doesn’t work. Shalei believes some minor changes, like using trees from nearby projects, could make the park even better.

Pawsome Playground Dog Park

This park has everything dogs need to have fun. There’s lots of space for running and playing, and dogs of all sizes can join in. In the back, there are things like ramps and jumps for dogs to try out.

People can watch dogs of different sizes playing together, which is nice. And because it’s close to the animal shelter, people thinking about adopting a pet can easily visit. Overall, it’s an excellent place for dogs and their owners to spend time outdoors together.

Ken Acuna visited this park and thinks it’s great. He says there’s a lot for all dogs to enjoy and plenty of space for them to play. Ken brought his dog Luna and her sister Jada, who’s still learning about dog parks. Luna had fun exploring and trying out the agility stuff in the back. She’s a bit shy around people, but once she’s playing, she feels better. Even some medium-sized dogs from the other side were interested. Since the park is near the animal shelter, Ken wants to visit without the dogs next time.

Brittany Davis visited this park and thinks it’s great for everyone. She liked that it’s well-maintained and has beautiful views. There are lots of things to do, like a big dog park, a playground, a water park, a pavilion, and lovely walking trails. Brittany even took some pretty pictures for a client’s holiday cards. It’s a popular spot with many people around. The playground is extensive and suitable by the parking lot, perfect for kids to play. Brittany noticed the dog park is enormous and looks after well, but she didn’t see any water stations for the dogs.

Rosemeade Dog Park

This park is an excellent place for everyone, including dogs. It’s close by and full of friendly people. There’s a nice mix of morning and afternoon visitors, making it feel like a community. For dog owners like Jen, it’s perfect for pups to make friends and play, especially for young ones like her Fawn. The only downside is that some people don’t clean up after their dogs, which is a bit annoying. Jen Anderson here, and I have to share how much I love this place. It’s nearby, and the people I’ve met here are friendly. I like how the morning and afternoon crowds are different, but everyone seems friendly. My pup Fawn is almost six months old, and there are lots of other young dogs here for her to play with and learn from, which is excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is because I’ve noticed some people needing to clean up after their dogs, which bothers me. But overall, it’s an ideal spot.
